    At City Made Clean, we firmly believe that each business has a versatile approach to their work and requires different, customized solutions for maintaining a clean environment. 


    Our first step in the process is to have you, our client, discuss the daily routine and generally expected traffic in the office. Then, we ask specific questions about the rush hours, lunch breaks, most frequently used areas in the building to track and prioritize the cleaning process. We also note sensitive areas and ask the clients to prepare a record of important documents before the cleaning process to ensure smooth working.


  • Step 2

    As part of our process, the next step is to develop a cleaning schedule that works well for the business based on our information. While developing this plan, we keep in mind the rush hours and avoid scheduling cleaning at those times to not disrupt the flow of the business. Understandably, neither the employees nor the visitors would like to see cleaning equipment moving around on the floor. That is why we incorporate that factor into our routine and select more convenient times for all the members in the building.

  • Step 3

    The third step involves taking the cleaning schedule to the client for a detailed review and discussion. Once the client has received the plan, they thoroughly go through it and highlight any segment of the routine that they would like reviewed or tailored.

    The final step is a two-way process. The first component is providing the services that the client has requested as per the agreed cleaning schedule. Then, our team will arrive at the stated time and complete the task within the time frame promised to the client, provided there are no external obstacles. 


    Once the team is finished with their work, they will clean up after themselves and ask the client to provide their feedback based on their experience. This feedback mechanism allows us to further improve our services in the West Michigan area.
